Pushing

  Let's be honest...there are times when you really don't feel like doing a workout.  Today was one of those days.  I slept in until 5:40am and then decided to just get up and put my workout clothes on.  Scheduled strength day, which meant firing up the Kinect and doing 30 minutes of the Gatorade workout followed by planks and pushups.  In the back of my mind I believe every workout a week before a race helps you in the actual race (it must be true:))  So today made me stronger being 11 days out from DC.
