Well 4 miles in the bag and the foot is still holding up. I ran at about an 8 minute mile pace and was exhausted! However, if I can get my mileage up on Sunday and then again on Tuesday I think that's a good sign that I can do the Baltimore 10 miler...I'm sure my time won't break any records (not like it would have before!) but it will be good to get back to a race and see how it all goes.
