Getting back

Getting back into running after a 5-6 week break seems harder than it was to start running after 10 years of not running.  The Baltimore 10 Miler was certainly a challenge and the picture below confirms how I thought I looked for the last 3 miles or so.  I'm hoping to regain some level of fitness over the next couple of weeks.  Each run seems like it's a little bit easier.  I've been contemplating running in the Pikesville 5K in July.  I've mapped out my long run plan for the Providence half marathon in August.
